The Red Sex Link is a very dependable and calm breed, a great addition to any backyard flock. This breed is designed for high egg production. Laying consistently around 300 eggs per year, they produce large to x-large brown eggs. Also commonly known by many names, such as Golden Comet, ISA Brown, Cinnamon Queen, Red Sex Link, Red Star, and the Golden Buff. Genetics are crossed with the Rhode Island Red and Leghorn.
