We are excited to announce that we have just recently added 25 Silver Appleyard Ducks and 10 Peking Ducks to our flock. Our ducks are now providing us with extra large fresh duck eggs that are now available for purchase. Check it out on our Products page.
The Silver Appleyard is a British breed of domestic duck. It was bred in the first half of the twentieth century by Reginald Appleyard, with the aim of creating a dual-purpose breed that would provide both a good quantity of meat and plenty of eggs.

Please join us in welcoming the two newest members of our Bud's Yard Eggs family. These two little Peking ducks came to us about 3 weeks ago from a family that could no longer care for them. It appears that they are getting along well with the rest of the ducks, chickens and goats.
